Once qualified, you will have the ability to target and support rapid change at an organisational level.

5 modules of online learning

Explore the neuroscience of workplace wellbeing, engagement and performance. These modules examine the influence of culture, why wellbeing must be measured, and how organisations can demonstrate success. Learners will understand workplace wellbeing liability, the River of Life and Mental Health Continuum, the four brain systems, and the relationship between emotional engagement and performance. The course also compares conventional and NeuChem coaching approaches and introduces the psychology of powerful communication, including the impact of language, perspective and communication stress.

3 modules of online study

Develop the confidence and practical skills to lead safe, effective wellbeing conversations using the NEU-CHEm model. Learners will explore how to recognise distress, listen without absorbing or attempting to fix, and use Cari® to support guidance and signposting. The course also provides clear structures for responding to complex or high-risk situations, including escalation, crisis dialogue and suicidal ideation. The final module focuses on using Cari® team data to create realistic action plans, connect wellbeing with performance, engagement and retention, and sustain change through accountability, reflection and review.

5 modules of online study

Delve into the essential skills, knowledge, and responsibilities of an effective coach or mentor. This course has a strong emphasis on understanding scope of practice and maintaining safe, ethical standards. It also provides an in-depth exploration of the NeuChem NeuOsckar model of coaching, equipping learners with a structured, evidence based - and brain friendly - approach to coaching and mentoring.
